Straight Masking Caps

SC Series

Alliance plastics offer a full line of silicone masking and EPDM masking caps and plugs that for powder coating, E-coating, plating or other metal finishing process.

Specifications:

  • Black EPDM (Temp Range: Up to 425°F/218°C)
  • Natural Silicone (Temp Range: Up to 600°F/316°C)

Features:

  • Excellent Sealing
  • Flexible Material
  • Although designed as a cap, they can be used to plug holes if inverted
  • Silicone: Premium masking material due to high temperature and chemical resistance, that can be used multiple times
  • EPDM: A more economical material with reduced heat resistance, that is also reusable
  • Applications: Powder Coating, E-Coating, Plating, Anodizing and Blasting
