Q: I placed an order online, but it never asked for my payment information.

A: That’s because we are only set up for free samples at this time. E-Commerce is coming soon and you will be able to place orders through the website using your credit card information.


Q: Are there products available other than those which appear in the catalog or on the website?

Q: What if I want a smaller quantity than the standard box quantity?

A: We knew you would ask that! Our Alliance Express network has been specifically developed with this in mind. To find out more information about Alliance Express visit www.alliance-express.com or call 800-847-0486 for the location nearest to you.


Q: What is Alliance Express?

A: Alliance Express is a division of Alliance Plastics and that make up a network of local distributors, aimed at supplying smaller quantities. The Express stores are strategically located to provide local service as well as freight savings.


Q: What if I am not sure which product I need for my application?

A: That’s what our well-trained Customer Service team is for! We will always aim to recommend a suitable solution for your needs. However, we strongly advise you to test samples in your specific application prior to ordering. Contact customer service with any questions you may have.


Q: How many free samples can I order?

A: We normally send out two of each item. If a larger number is required, contact Customer Service who will establish if this is possible.


Q: When will my order ship?

A: Goods are dispatched on the same day the order is placed (if before 3pm), subject to stock availability, acceptance of the order, and payment terms being agreed. If you place the order after 3pm and need the order to ship that day, contact Customer Service and they will do their best to make it happen.


Q: How can I pay for my purchase?

A: Many of our customers have net 30 day terms. Other means of payments are by check, credit card, wire, or check in advance. To set up an account with us please contact our Customer Service team.


Q: Who do I contact if I need to find the progress of my order?

A: As a registered user of our website you are able to view order status, account history, and order samples online. You can register or login to your account by visiting our account page. If you are still unable to find the progress of your order, please contact Customer Service.
