    The new blanking plugs are available in both PVC and TPR material.  The PVC material is non-staining, resistant to ozone, acids and sunlight and possesses excellent aging qualities.  The TPR material is very resistant to oils, acids and alkalies and is resistant to short term temperatures up to 350° F, 176° C.
    The body plugs are manufactured in TPR material only.  These plugs are designed to fit standard metric holes.  Each size covers a range of panel thicknesses.  These TPR hole plugs are very resistant to oils, acids and alkalies as well.
    The standard and recessed sheet metal plugs are manufactured in a low density polyethylene.  These sheet metal plugs are an economical snap in plug that provide an attractive finish and secure fit for entry holes in sheet metal.
    The solid and vented locking plugs are made from a heat stabilized nylon (UL 94V2) material and are designed to lock into multiple standard sheet metal thicknesses.  Each provides a clean and easy way to close optional wiring or production access holes.  The only difference between the solid and vented locking plugs is that the vented plug design allows heat and emissions to escape.
