Straight Pull Plugs for Thru Holes

SPP Series

Alliance Plastics manufacturers plastic caps and plugs. Non-threaded and threaded caps and plugs with various styles and products to choose from.

Specifications:

  • Natural Silicone (Temp Range: Up to 600°F/316°C)
  • Black EPDM (Temp Range: Up to 425°F/218°C)

Features:

  • Best solution for masking off through holes
  • Used by pulling the thin end through the hole and the larger end compresses to make a tight seal
  • Silicone: Premium material due to very highest temperature rating as it will not melt or harden, making it very Reusable. Excellent Temp & Chemical resistance
  • EPDM: A more economical material with reduced heat resistance, that is reusable Excellent Temp & Chemical resistance
  • To assure proper fit: "A" dimension (major ID) must be about 4-10% larger than the through hole to be plugged or follow as the material will stretch during installation for easy insertion. Please not recommended sizes for threaded holes
  • Industries: Powder Coating, E-Coating, Plating and Anodizing
